Our Shipping, Returns and Refund Policies
Most orders are shipped the same day, some orders may take up to 3 to 5 days to ship depending on part availability.
UPS Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day Select or Standard Shipping are shipped as soon as the part is available.

We ship UPS and ship using actual UPS shipping costs. (UPS minimum shipping charges starts at 1 lb. An item that weights less then 1 lb. will incur the minimum UPS shipping charge of 1 lb.)
Shipping Surcharges: Actual Shipping Costs may vary depending on location.
Some rural locations or less populated areas may have an added cost for shipping which will be passed onto the purchaser.
Shipping to a Different Address: For your protection, an order will be processed if the credit card billing address and the shipping address match exactly. An order that has a shipping address different than the address of the credit card statement will be reviewed. This is required by most banks and credit card issuers. Your Computer IP Address will be registered during checkout and a fraud check will be performed before your order is processed.
Freight delivery means your product will be shipped and arrive via a large truck. Residential freight delivery usually does not provide for the unloading and/or movement of the product(s) purchased from the truck.
Special Unloading Requirements:
You are responsible for the cost of any lift-gate / tow-motor or any other means of removing the salt spreader as it is not included in the freight cost from Best Truck Equipment, Inc. Deliveries require someone to be present during delivery. Deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday - Friday. Residential deliveries are curbside deliveries which are made at the street outside of the house or an loading dock of a business. All deliveries must be accessible to a tractor-trailer. The shipping carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time. Truck freight companies DO NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. Heavy items such as "Salt Spreaders may ship flatbed, It is up to you to have a tow-motor or equipment to remove the salt spreader from the truck".
What to do Upon Delivery:
Please inspect all packages and that all items are correct and all pieces are accounted for upon delivery before you sign the delivery receipt. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and APW / Best Truck Equipment, Inc. immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.
If there are any Damages or Missing items: You may choose to refuse the delivery if there is unacceptable damage to your item(s).
If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. Please contact Best Truck Equipment, Inc., to notify us of the refusal. If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, record the damages on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and contact us. We may be able to replace the damaged pieces.
Before the Freight Truck Leaves:
Once you have signed the delivery receipt, including any notation of damage, make sure to ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. Also, record the freight company's name and trailer number
so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse. If you discover damages after the delivery is complete, please contact Best Truck Equipment, Inc., within 24 hours so that we may resolve the situation immediately.

Seller reserves the right to adjust prices or correct printing errors. Seller will verify prices when purchaser places orders. Purchaser must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions prior to returning any product to Best Truck Equipment, Inc.
Returns and opened sealed packages will incur a restocking fee (minimum 20%). Purchaser will be advised of any applicable restocking fee. No credit can be issued after 30 days from date of invoice. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping on any returned items.
Within fifteen (15) days after the date of purchase by Purchaser, Purchaser may return to Best Truck Equipment, Inc. for replacement or credit any goods found to be defective; provided that, Purchaser shall obtain Sellers approval prior to returning the goods. A RMA number is required for defective merchandise returns. Best Truck Equipment, Inc. reserves the rights to require purchaser to return defective goods directly to the goods manufacturer for replacement according to the manufacturers defective goods return policy.
Note: No returns on electrical or special orders.
Best Truck Equipment collects taxes on purchases shipped in Ohio.
Ohio Tax Exempt: If you have a valid tax-exemption id, you must send us a properly completed exemption certificate before ordering from us. All orders with tax-exemption must be phoned in.
